I am a twenty-five year professional who has had the opportunity to operate in various arenas from business to ministry. With a professional background including senior management positions in the telecommunications and personal computer industries, I have been able to experience an ever increasing role in management responsibility across various cultures, climates, countries and continents.
With experience gained beginning as an entry level engineering technician, I was successively promoted up to the level of Senior Director at Mitel Corporation. While with Mitel I successfully completed assignments in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and Ottawa, Ontario Canada. While possessing a "natural" leadership ability, I was disciplined and sharpened in the techincal aspects of leadership and management through continued corporate training and development as well as a diverse set of responsibilities.
After nine years with Mitel, I relocated to Houston to join Compaq Computer Corporation. My experience and background afforded me the opportunity to rise quickly through the ranks of management with Compaq in the Worldwide Manufacturing Operations Group. I was responsible for a multi-billion dollar budget including capital and operations and was able to lead successful operation turnarounds in two critical areas. After ten years, I retired to pursue personal business opportunities in for profit and not-for-profit ventures.
I currently serve as President and CEO of The Landrew Group, a Personal Development Company providing training, development and mentoring through courses and seminars developed based on Biblical principles. I am also launching the International Association of Christian Professionals. This organization will seek to link the levels of professionals from blue collar to the board room in an effort to capitalize on the strength of unity.
With a prolific approach in making the complex simple and the theoretical practical, many have said that I have the ability to help others disconnect from the shackling failures of a problematic past and connect with the powerful pull of a promising future.
Thus far my signature series entitled “Mountain Top Mind” and “Growing In Every Direction” have produced graduates of entrepreneurs, business and ministry leaders who have been able to make drastic improvements in their personal, professional and spiritual lives.
I continue to work with leaders around the world with a concentration in South Africa where I mentors some 100 leaders from various backgrounds through workshops and seminars which I offer twice per year in South Africa.

- Often our unwillingness to flaunt our change is because we are still looking to please the people around us. If the people around you are non-changing, they will not want you to change. You must make the conscious decision to evolve, develop, become.
