Mona Banzer, certified Life Coach has integrated her eclectic education into one healing approach, A native of Bamberg, Germany she graduated in 1980 from the Technical University in Munich as a state licensed sports and dance teacher.

She moved to Berlin where she taught dance for the board of education for over 5 years.

In 1986 Mona moved to New York and continued with her studies at the Ohashi Institue, Swedish Institute, Core-Energetic Institute, at Movement Research and at the New York Institute for Gestalt Therapy all for the purpose of developing a holistic approach to Body-Mind Therapy. She is an active Member of the AMTA, the AAGT, the NYIGT and the Empowerment Training Institute. Mona has 26 years of experience as a teacher, a health practitioner and a therapist.
