I am a self-employed management consultant with over 30 years experience of executive assessment and coaching. I am a Canadian but I lived in the UK for 20 years and just returned to the Toronto area in 2006. I have written 3 management books but my main interest is in leadership. I also write articles for Suite101, Ezinearticles.com and other periodicals. I got my Ph.D. in 1975 from the University of  Western Ontario in Canada in philosophy with a strong emphasis on psychology. I am a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society.

 

So far, I have 3 grandchildren.
