I started on my path of nutrition research on the day that my wife failed to finish a three-block walk due to debilitating asthma and obesity. Partnering with my mother-in-law, who is a licensed nutritionist, I spent the better part of a year bathing in nutrition books. The outcome was a custom-built diet that has since cured my wife's asthma, PMS, sleep disorders, acne, and allergies while losing her 60 pounds in 60 weeks -- most of which she spent pregnant.
I have since worked with my mother-in-law to write a short, densely-packed report detailing everything I learned while working with her, including the construction of a diet designed to reduce one's medical bills, waistline, and fatigue and body pain levels all at once. We refer to this diet as the "How to Eat Food" diet.
