Liz is the founder of Watertown Holistic Health.
In 2001 Liz made a career transition from corporate office work to
bodywork and alternative healthcare. As a proponent of healthy living,
incorporating a natural whole foods diet, meditation and yoga into her
daily life, it just made sense.
Shiatsu Practitioner
Liz graduated from Boston Shiatsu School and co-founded Harvard Square Shiatsu
in 2003. Liz specializes in bringing her clients into a deep state of
relaxation where relief from stress, emotional issues, and pain can be
found.
Holistic Health Practitioner
Liz graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition
in New York City and received a certificate in Integrative Nutrition
from Columbia University Teachers College in 2007. Liz has continued
working with the school as a health counselor and mentor for students
of the 2008 Integrative Nutrition class.
As a Holistic Health Counselor, Liz
enjoys working with busy men and women who want to be healthier and
take better care of themselves, but need support, encouragement and
accountability to make it happen. Liz will work with you to help you

Healthy living is a journey and I’m excited to share my journey of whole health with you.
What does whole health mean to me? It means having lots of energy,
feeling good in my body, taking great care of myself and being happy.
When I feel good, I have the energy to live my life fully and help
others do the same. What do you want in your life? By dreaming big and
taking small steps to get there you can have the life that you want.
Wherever you’re at in this journey, we can help each-other accomplish
more.
