Lindy Royer is an outdoor enthusiast from Australia who now lives near Denver, Colorado. She trained and worked as a physiotherapist in Sydney, Australia, before moving to the US to pursue her life-long passion for skiing. Years later, having experienced the limitations of the traditional medical model as both patient and practitioner, Lindy began to explore a more balanced body-mind approach to health, fitness and rehabilitation. This lead her to studying The Pilates Method, where she discovered an amazing teaching and treatment system, which opened a whole new world of possibilities.
Over the last decade, Lindy has developed a unique therapeutic program that focuses on patient awareness, movement understanding, the latest research in neuro-science, and imagery, to restore balance to the whole body for natural healing. This process of finding new and improved ways to facilitate the healing process resulted her founding Park Meadows Pilates & Physical Therapy in January, 2005. She enjoys spending time in the beautiful mountains of Colorado, as well as travelling to new places with her husband and two amazing "boys", who are now all grown up.
Lindy has designed a MASTER System, called Body-Truth, to help you understand how your body is designed to work, and to embody that design through the powerful body-mind.
