My DVD, “Practice Easy Tai Chi-Qi Gong with Kim Kubsch" is a great for those that want an easy way to relax the mind and body while preventing falls, and increasing flexibility. This DVD, comprised of deep breathing, Qi Gong and Tai Chi, is ideal for those that want an exercise to do outside on the patio, in the hotel room, office, bedroom or living room. This easy practice has been modified to encourage those physically-challenged to enjoy a more stationary body posture, while incorporating flowing hand/arm movements. No equipment required, just a flat surface of 36 inches in diameter and rubber soled shoes with a back!
