Karen Mayson is a Certified New Decision Therapy Practitioner and Training Facilitator of Energy Medicine and Energy Psychology.  Karen has trained with some of the world’s leading teachers in the field of health and wellness. Karen is a self development consultant with over 20 years experience working with individuals in achieving personal health and wellness success.  Currently in private practice in Cobourg Ontario she is the Director of the Indigo Healing Centre and has been teaching classes for over 15 years.  Previously she has held a number of senior management positions within the Social Services Field including Executive Director of a Women’s Shelter, Public Education Facilitator and the Coordinator of a Correctional Institutional Counselling Program for inmates and their families.
