I've been providing workshops on personal finance (primary getting out of debt, repairing credit and beginning to save) since 2000. I work with employers and I work with individual and couples. Over this past year, I've come to see that people are in "overwhelm" when it comes to money. They are embarrassed, they are afraid. They are afraid of making things worse. They are paralyzed into immobility -- even when they have the skills to proceed. It's called Frugal Fatigue. Sixty-six percent of Americans recently polled say they are tired of pinching pennies, but will have to continue that lifestyle.
This made me realize that self-improvement is not all about money management any more than it is all about weight management. It's all part of things we do to create a great life -- our ultimate life. It's about how we raise our children, how we manage our health and free time... See what I mean?
So now I'm a Money Coach who talks about how it all fits together; how we can have it all but we have to pay for it. And paying for it means PAYING attention to everything we do and how we do it. And think about it... What if we could create our ultimate life?
Ten years ago, my friend Ginny Dye, started a company called Together We Can Change the World. In January 2011 she launched a new company, the Ultimate Life Company. Her vision is to change people's lives and pour money into charitable organizations making a difference in the world. This is a MLM with no products and no selling; simply giving folks life-changing resources and books in nine different areas: creating wealth, health, relationships, family, mindset, savings, ultimate living, making a difference -- and even events just for Teenagers.
