Joanne Dunleavy has, for 16 years, had a successful Executive,
Business, and Corporate Coaching practice. Joanne’s Executive Coaching
practice extends to countries in Europe, Canada, and the Middle East.
She is the Founder of Joanne Dunleavy & Associates, a Coaching and
Consulting firm dedicated to developing extraordinary leaders and
inspiring organizational change and transformation. In addition, Joanne
has taught and trained many Coaches in the art of building their own
successful practices. Joanne is CEO and Founder of the New Agreements
Coach Training & Leadership Institute (NACTLI), which trains and
certifies Executive and Business Coaches and whose mission is: “To
release the Creative Human Spirit in Every Coach and Client.” She is
publisher of The New Agreements in the Workplace---Releasing the Human Spirit.
She has created and facilitates various coach training including New Agreements Coaching, Systems-Based Coaching, Coaching with IntentSM (inner connection & energy), and the Path of the Leader/Coach Intensive. Joanne is also President of AdNet/AccountNet, Inc.,
a successful Woman-Owned Executive Search and Strategic Staffing Firm,
located in Columbia, MD. For the tenth year in a row, Adnet/AccountNet,
Inc. has been named to the Top 50 Largest Women Owned Companies in the
Baltimore –Washington Metro Area. Joanne brings her vision, her voice
and her stand for what is possible to her organization. She leads and
inspires change to co-create a healthy, thriving, and fulfilling
workplace. Joanne’s passion and commitment is to create environments in
which extraordinary results are produced by people who get to be
extraordinary. Her organization has recently launched an Executive and
Business Coaching Company to serve the leaders and managers of its
client organizations. The Executive Coaches have trained at the New
Agreements Coach Training & Leadership Institute.
Her recent presentations include: International Coach Federation of
New England – “6 Success Secrets of 6 Six-Figure Coaches,” and National
Speakers Association-NE – “Six-Figure Coaching: How to Leverage Your
Alliances and Partnerships.” Joanne co-presented “The Masteries – A
Spiritual Guide to a ‘Next Step’ in Coaching” at the 2004 Annual
CoachVille Conference, the first coaching conference dedicated solely
to assisting coaches to expand their coaching businesses and achieve
financial success. For her work at NACTLI and her contribution to the
field of professional coaching, Joanne was honored with CoachVille's
prestigious "t" award named for coaching pioneer Thomas Leonard for "Innovation and Creativity." Joanne is a 2005 recipient of the BRAVO! Entrepreneur Award given by Smart Women CEO Magazine.
Joanne has her Masters Degree in Training and Organization
Development and is a graduate of Coach U. She began to practice the
"art and science of Coaching" as an Area Director and Leadership
Trainer for Lifespring, Inc., the creator of one of the most rigorous
transformation programs for adult learning. She is a recent past member
of the Board of Directors for the International Coach Federation for
the New England states. Joanne has served on the Board of Directors for
the Maryland Chapter of the National Association of Women Business
Owners. Joanne is currently a member of the Transformational Leadership
Council. She resides outside Boston, Massachusetts, with her wonderful
and supportive spouse, Allen Goddard.
