As a teenager, Joan Posivy discovered a set of principles which showed her how to buy her first house at the age of 19, become a bank manager by age 22 (at the time, the youngest person in Canada to ever have done so), travel the world, and so much more.
Since then she has lived, fine-tuned, tested, and tweaked these ideas to make them accessible to anyone who has a deep desire to live their best life, and has shared these ideas in countries around the globe in her seminars and keynote speeches.
She is the founder of the Global Youth Project and is wildly passionate about her one mission: to inspire every young adult to be a courageous, confident, goal achiever.
"This is no ordinary book," writes Bob Proctor in the foreword for The Way Success Works. "You'll likely be drawn to read it cover to cover the first time around. And, though you can’t help but be inspired by the youth and their stories, make sure you take full advantage of the wealth of information, ideas, and understanding within these pages by going back to each chapter to study and incorporate these winning strategies into your own life. If you do so, you will be richly rewarded.”
"If you ever get the feeling that you could be living your life in a greater and grander way, do yourself, your community and the planet a favor and buy this book." Jack Canfield, Coauthor of The Success Principles: How to Get from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be™
"Joan is an outstanding trainer. She's keen, sharp and has the ability to keep your attention. Also, uses humour to keep you motivated. One of the best training sessions I have ever attended."
