With so many "diet" plans and incredibly intense workout routines and videos, it's not surprising overweight people are not succeeding with thier weight loss. They are complicated, time-consuming, and practically impossible to follow, which is why ther are so many frustrated people still out there searching for the answer.
Instead of finding an answer, I created one. Through months of research and pain-staking trial and error, I discovered the real honest truth about weight loss. There are only three simple rules that need to be followed: Eat less, move more, and hydrate. That's it! Teaching people HOW you do these things is my goal in life.
