An experienced EFT practitioner and trainer, I've trained under two highly talented EFT Masters in the UK, and studied with many others; I have been certified by Gary Craig, the pioneering founder of EFT.
I thoroughly enjoy helping my clients identify and release emotional (and physical) blocks and limiting beliefs, so they can feel freer, happier, more positive and empowered. My aim is for my sessions to be as effective and enjoyable as possible; one feature of EFT that I especially love is how humour can so easily come into play, even when dealing with serious issues. (It’s always a delight when a new client says “wow, I never imagined that tapping would be FUN!!”)
I’ve used EFT to help clients with a broad range of emotional and physical issues, including—but not limited to—anxieties, assorted fears (e.g., flying, public speaking, etc), weight loss, traumatic memories, feelings of discouragement, depression, disappointment, anger, and frustration, childhood trauma, eating disorders, troubled marital / family relationships, migraines, backaches, and serious diseases (such as muscular dystrophy, Parkinson’s, and cancer).
I am a writer, as well as an EFT practitioner, and I am very aware of the power of language and the nuances of words. Over the years I’ve collected a wealth of ideas, techniques, and inspiration, both from the many EFT workshops I attend and from the broad reading I do, and so bring many different perspectives to my sessions. I take great pleasure in finding creative ways (and metaphors) to help my clients see their problems in a different light and make new choices.
I’m happy to have a quick chat by phone with anyone who would like to ask questions or just hear my voice and get a sense of how I work. I do EFT internationally by phone as well as face-to-face (primarily in Switzerland). I run workshops in both England and Switzerland, and can arrange in-person sessions for those times when I’m in the UK. I also offer e-mail backup to my clients, at no charge.

"Happiness is a choice."
Barry Neil Kaufmann (from the title of his book)
"There is a gap between stimulus and response, and the key to both our growth and happiness is how we use that space."
Steven Covey, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.
"To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty, to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived.
This is to have succeeded."
Ralph Waldo Emerson.
"I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody."

Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm. (!)

my daughter told me this joke the other day...
Q: "What is a skeleton in a closet?"
A: "Someone who's won at hide and seek."
(food for thought about overly wanting to win, I thought!)
We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.
