Jenn Carpenter has worked with preschool-aged children for over twenty years. She attended college for early childhood development and teaching assistant only to end up deciding to become a stay at home/work at home mother.
In her 36 years, Jenn has been a single parent, a divorced parent, a married parent, a co-parent and a foster parent. She has been a member of blended families, step-families, broken families and nuclear families. Jenn also has experience as the child of an alcoholic and living in a domestic violence situation. Finally she has dealt personally and with family members dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and ADHD. Overall, Jenn has pretty much run the gamit of life and parenting in 21st century America.
Currently Jenn is putting her years of parenting and child care experience to use writing articles and coaching other parents in need of some down-to-earth common sense advice.
