Bastani has a very unique skill set and personal
life walk which few coaches have. "We are the sum total of
our life's walk." Bastani is fond of saying. This sums up what
she brings to the coaching relationship. She has held positions on Boards,
been the CEO of a company and owns her own coaching business, as well
as the recipient of many volunteer awards for her work with the United
States Girl Scouts as a Master Trainer and 18 years as a volunteer, Christian Leaders Authors and Speakers Services, Celebration
of Life Annually and many more.

Janice attended the University of Arkansas where she
received a BA in Journalism. She holds additional minors in Interior
Design and Voice. Bastani's other credentials have come from various
institutes and her specific coach training was completed from iPEC which
is the Institute of Professional Empowerment Coaches accredited by the
International Coach Federation.

Janice has been married to a high tech CEO for 32
years, lives in and runs a very large estate with staff, entertains and
travels extensively every year. Janice and her husband have raised
two very successful children, who are following in their parent's footsteps,
having completed graduate school, gone into the corporate world, and are
self-sufficient. Janice and her husband have worked as a very strong team
building, supporting and growing their lives, family and corporate success
together with goals and the evaluations of their plans and dreams together.
