Their background includes training in San He Qigong, the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi (IIQTC), and workshops with various other instructors.
San He Qigong:
Wan Jian Qiang was the Director of the Chinese San He Qigong Life Science Research Center prior to moving to the United States.
The term San He means Three Together, and refers to the Chinese philosophy of energy from the universe, the earth, and a human combining together. This concept recurs frequently in Qigong philosophy.
IIQTC:
The Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi was founded by Roger Jahnke, O.M.D.
The term Integral refers to the practices incorporated in this system, which are based on the primary recurring concepts that have existed throughout the various styles of qigong over 5000+ years of development.
IIQTC practices include Tai Chi EasyTM, a combination of Qigong and Tai Chi designed to readily assist mobility of students; and the Ten Phases of Qigong Development, a conceptual road map to assist development of qigong practices for different levels of development.
