James Paul Boulay came up as a shy young man who held in his frustration, and always asked "why". Although a typical question asked by many children, Mr. Boulay was never appeased by the easy answers and began a life of thinking. Raised just above poverty, he learned the fundamentals of charity, selfless living, and never accepting mediocrity as success. Faith, belief, and an unwavering obsession with positively impacting the lives of others leads Mr. Boulay to still ask the question "why" when confronted with a negative situation. Bothered tremendously by the abrupt passing of one of his closest family members, his grandmother, in 1990 Mr. Boulay promised himself he was going to make a difference. The difference can be seen in the lives of many of his clients and the conviction and sheer passion behind his writings. Tabbed to be the Chief Operating Officer for a new company, RRD Unlimited, LLC. Mr Boulay has made it a goal to provide world class information on health topics. His reach is to be anyone with a pair of eyes who has a question and desire toward bettering their lives.
