I believe that the workplace presents greater psychological challenges to executives, managers and workers than ever before. Jobs are no longer neatly described with static requirements, instead, companies want both independent problem solvers as well as team players. The delicate balance between advancing one own career and still satisfying the goals of the organization has never been more difficult. In addition, all this occurs in an economic climate of uncertainty where quick and easy decisions about leaving for a new job are not as readily made. I enjoy the challenge of working with individuals and companies to address these and other challenges using the vast array of psychological principles and techniques that our discipline has generated.
