Scott is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist hailing from Long Island, NY. He holds a Master's Degree in Physical Education and Sports Sciences from Hofstra University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Scott has ten years of coaching experience in multiple sports with high school students, three years of teaching experience with elementary age children, and seven years of training experience with the middle age population. He has also worked in the medical field overseeing patient exercise programs in a physical therapy practice and assisting surgical procedures in a pain management practice. An athlete himself, Scott spent thirteen years traveling the U.S. and Canada playing baseball. His own injury history has served to help him to understand the physical, mental, and emotional challenges that come with recovery, and he knows what it takes to get back to the competitive level. Scott is currently studying the effects of sport-specific plyometric training for muay Thai fighters.
