Well my journey takes me back to my childhood, one of my best teachers was my Mum who passed away 10 years ago. Anyhow she is having a ball now for sure. My mum was diagnosed with Schizophrenia.

A horrible illness and really misunderstood. Growing up with my mum was really tough, Jeckle and Hyde and scary at times especially when I was a child, but what an insight I got into the human mind.

The mind is so powerful and when things get out of control you really know about it, it takes over your whole body. I started thinking as I got older maybe I could be a mental health nurse then I though oh no I don't like blood, so I took a complete detour and trained in Beauty therapy.

I thought well you are still helping people but it's much nicer, no blood... Working with beauty clients for the last decade taught me even more and led me to do more training. So I went on to do Reiki and Hypnotherapy .

These two subjects are fascinating and work very well along side each other. Doing Hypnosis allows  me to offer help with the following:

Depending on your issue or problem I have two approaches to offer - Suggestion & Analytical Therapy.

Suggestion is very effective for habit based issues like smoking. Basically i give your subconscious mind a new positive job enabling the old habits to be replaced , allowing you to aheive your ideal weight , gaining more confidence and living a much happier and free life.

Analytical is very effective for deep rooted issues like depression. This takes quite a few sessions to uncover the real reason of your problem, I like to think of it this way when we experience things which hurt us we put that memory and emotion to the back of our mind and feel we no longer want to think of it, but it is still there and it is consantly working away in the back ground which you are usually unaware of. 

The number of sessions depends on the issue and yourself also.

Suggestion is normally 1 session and costs     £70.00

Analytical is normally 6-12 sessions and costs £50.00

Past Life Regression:

I love this wonderful Spiritual subject, I mean who are we really. I have always had a fascination for the subject. I decided 3 years ago to get it done and that was a great day, I was american a children's doctor and lived in Indianapolis and somwhere in Ohio. In this life I live in Scotland and have never been to America.

 I really enjoyed it so much I went along for another session and this time I was more relaxed and really saw a lot more. I was still in America but this time Louisianna and it was the late 1880's and saw my first life in the Amazon Jungle. So that was me hoocked on the subject and now I can do this for other people to help them discover there forgotten memories.

I have to say it really is healing as it can answer questions for you and give you a much better understanding of your self, which really is important. Recently one of my client came in and got 4 lives, a mother and daughter came to me and the mother found out this is her first life in the physical body, she's a newbie.... however I asked her why she wanted to come into the psyhical body and her answer was to give unconditional love and to feel pain of love.

That is powerful I know and when I brought her out of Hypnosis she felt great as I said earlier she now understands herself more a lot more. I'll keep you posted when I find out more... We are all here for a reason and I feel my reason is to help others, you know it makes you feel great when you help someone and they to feel great, now isn't that a fair exchange of positive energy. We really need to focus on being more positive which some people say is really hard. My favourite saying and answer to it is peserverance makes impossible meaningless.

Reiki is a wonderful hands on healing, universal life force energy. I can offer Reiki by distance or you can come to me at my premises. Either way it works.
