I love to cook and eat a wide variety of food. I regularly invent recipes for myself, friends, and family. Over the years all that good food led me to getting fat, which I did not love.
I finally got really serious about not just losing weight, but regaining my health and overall life balance as well.
To that end, I certified as a Primal Health Coach (a kind of Paleo). I lost a lot of weight and improved every health marker. Now I share what I have learned with others through blogging, coaching, and lifestyle challenges.
Eating great food is still important to me, so I reworked my recipes to fit a low-carb lifestyle. I share these yummy meals on my website for people like me who love good food and who want to stay slim and healthy.
I have also been running my own businesses for over 20 years, so I coach other small business owners in different aspects of running a business, including website development and internet marketing. In particular, I sell products for other health coaches to use in their business.
