George Hendley works with coaches, consultants and business leaders who are successful, but not satisfied. George is founder and owner of his own training, coaching and consulting firm celebrating 15 years in business in 2007. He is an experienced leader, coach and consultant in both the corporate and non-profit sector. He has a wealth of wisdom with over 35 years of leadership experience as an adjunct college faculty member, speaker, trainer, coach and entrepreneur.
George has a bachelor of science and a bachelor of theology degree. He has researched and developed over a dozen different workbooks and educational guides for training support and has written over 150 articles and essays on leadership, change, listening skills, creativity, self-improvement and principle-centered living. He is a coauthor of the book entitled Meditations for the Road Warrior published by Baker Books.
During the past 35 years he has made over 2,000 presentations from coast to coast, to groups as large as one thousand people. His experience includes organizing, facilitating or being Master of Ceremonies for hundreds of seminars, workshops, and conferences that have touched the lives of many thousands from all walks of life.
His speaking and training topics have included: Leadership and Executive Development; Coaching and Counseling; Listening Skills; Personal Change (Transition); Presentation Skills; Management and Supervisory Skills; Coping & Stress Skills; Conflict Management; Telephone Sales; Retail Sales; DiSC Behavior Profiling and more.
George has won numerous sales, leadership and recruiting awards as an independent distributor for Inscape Publishing. He was awarded the Mentor of the Year award from Inscape Publishing as the best role model of mentoring among over 6,000 distributors worldwide. In 2005 and 2007 he has earned the prestigious Diamond Award for being in the top 1% of sales leaders in the world.
He has served on the Board of Directors for the International Coach Federation- North Texas chapter, as a Vice President in the Dallas chapter of the American Society for Training and Development and as a director in the National Speakers Association- North Texas chapter. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation and tithes his coaching time to Non Profit executives and promising protégés.
