·         Attended Upledger and Barral Institutes
o          Extensive training in CranioSacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation
o          On staff to assist at trainings, including advanced levels

o           Cranial Biodynamics
o           Zero Balancing
o           Shiatsu and Acupressure
A wide rang of other therapies

·         Swedish Institute of Massage in New York City

·         Pre-med at SUNY Binghamton, Graduated with Honors

·         Presented CranioSacral at the Integrative Care Center of the Hospital for Special Surgery
·         Worked at the Plaza Hotel and the Waldorf-Astoria, among other Manhattan venues, where I was employed by various celebrities and dignitaries, including a former U.S. President
·         Broad music and movement background, including piano, yoga, chi-kung and
professional dance

IT ALL ADDS UP
All the various elements of my background are integrated in my client work.
The pre-medical and anatomical studies and the movement skills give me an
internal understanding of issues arising from injury, trauma and overuse.
Years of mastering dance, music, and piano have trained my body, mind and
hands for the special sensitivity and listening required in this work.

CURRENTLY
I attend and assist trainings 4-5 times a year and meet regularly with
colleagues to deepen my understanding of the human body.  I am
committed to implementing the most current techniques available.

 My goal is to give you confidence when you put yourself in my hands.
