Utilizing his extensive experience in organizational consulting, leadership coaching and career management, Francis Rode works with organizations and individuals to achieve greater professional and personal success.

Francis began his career with a New York City money center bank selling products and services. From there he joined a global management consulting company that helped reengineer Global 1000 companies. In this endeavor, his specialty was organizational effectiveness and implementation efficiencies working with individuals and groups. Next, he took his experience to a national property and casualty insurance carrier where he successfully led its company-wide cultural change initiative. After that, he joined a career transition and organizational consulting firm coaching executives in career transition and career management. Today, he is owner and sole practitioner of PeopleScope, LLC with a private practice in leadership coaching and career and personal counseling.
Francis earned his MA in Psychoanalysis from Centenary College, his MBA in Finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and his undergraduate degree with honors in Economics from Drew University. He has served on the Boards of six insurance companies and one school of psychoanalysis and was President and CEO of Crum&Forster Solutions for Business, which provided a variety of support services to the clients of insurance agents. Francis is a member of the American Counseling Association, the National Association for the Advancement of Psychoanalysis and the Society of Modern Psychoanalysts.
