Welcome from Flo Schell and the No.1 Mentoring Agency.
Mentoring Programs are available for Life Growth, Business Growth, and Career Growth.
My favorite saying is 'No one ever said we have to go it alone!"
Your No. 1 Mentor spent 16 successful years in Corporate America with Sylvan Learning Systems as Vice President of Franchise Development. In 2001, I transitioned into the Coaching Profession. I took all of my experience in management, relationship selling, and team building and married it with the evolutionary thinking and communication style of Coaching.
Now, as I celebrate my 10th year as an Entrepreneur, I have come to a place where Mentoring feels like the most accurate word for what I do best. I've met many challenges in my career and business. Happily, I've found success and satisfaction in both of these ventures and am eager to assist as others move through their own challenges.
There is most definately a wisdom that comes as one matures; it is my wish to share what I know and what I've learned with those who can benefit now. And to do that without judgement and with great support.
As clients and I form a Mentoring Partnership, I advise them to take what works and leave the rest.
I've been fortunate to gain a strong reputation in the franchising world and have been recognized in Success Magazine and The Wall Street Journal for my relationship approach to selling.
In 2006 my book, Stop Selling: Start Clicking!, was published.
Today, I offer all that I know and all that I've learned to Mentees that are ready to grow in the areas of life and work. Clients work with me from the comfort of their homes or offices via telephone. I am available in between sessions through both phone and email.
Please see the Mentoring Program page at www.FloSchell.com for client testimonials. And visit www.StopSellingStartClicking.com for information about my relationship-selling book.
I look forward to knowing you better!
