Eating whole foods has been a way of life for Erleen Tilton since her life changing experience as a young mother. While experiencing many health challenges including low blood sugar, depression, multiple breast lumps, arthritis, migraine headaches, pollen allergies, anemia, and more, a naturopathic physician introduced her to a diet of whole foods. After eating this whole foods diet for several months, she realized that all her health problems had virtually disappeared. She came to understand the power of good wholesome foods and their healing properties, not only physically, but miraculously emotionally, psychologically, and mentally too. This experience led her to her intense study of all kinds of foods and how they affect the body.
