Dianne appreciates the good fortune she had to train in dance under world class teachers at Canada's National Ballet School, The Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance, and Toronto Dance Theatre, amd more. She loves to help both young and adult ballet students understand ballet technique, and to practice it safely. Fitness, muscle stretching exercises, and the body/mind connection are topics in which she endeavors to stay updated in order to share the best information to help you make healthy choices.
