Dianne Ansari-Winn, M.D.
I work primarily with doctors who are wanting improvement and more happiness and freedom in their work or other parts of their life. Working together we discover, or re-discover, what their strengths and talents are and what is truly important to them. With that knowledge, we can collaboratively create a life for them that they deserve—a life that is rich and meaningful. Providing career and personal coaching programs to doctors who desire career fulfillment and work-life balance is my passion.
I retired from clinical practice in 2012 after practicing Anesthesiology for 15 years. As a physician, I live in and have an intimate understanding of the physician’s world, and a perspective on physician fulfillment that coaches that are not physicians do not have.
Education and Credentials: My formal coach training is through the Coaches Training Institute, and the Physician Coaching Institute. I attended University of Michigan and graduated in 1992 with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and an M.D./M.P.H. After my anesthesiology residency program at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, where I was chief resident, I completed fellowship training in Pain Management and Cardiac Anesthesiology at University of Chicago. After living in Denver for over 15 years, I now live in Chicago.
An individual has not started living until he can rise about the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity.
