I am a mind/body psychotherapist who believes in empowering people to take control of their lives. I work together with my clients to help them become aware of their patterns and develop the tools necessary to heal and grow. Experience has taught me that talk therapy may not go deep enough for you to cultivate the skills necessary to stay calm, peaceful, confident and hopeful through difficult times. My approach includes breathing, mindfulness, affirmations, visualization and meditation. I teach you the skills needed to deal with the issue presented, and give you tools to take with you on your journey through life.
