Dawn is an exercise physiologist and a nationally recognized running, swimming and aquathlon coach, personal trainer, meditation instructor and certified lifestyle coach with more than 20 years of experience in the industry.
Since Dawn has been an athlete from an early age, it was a natural progression to take her love of sports into a profession. She has her M.S. in Kinesiology from Cal St. Long Beach and her B.S. in Phys Ed Studies, concentration in Exercise Physiology/Fitness Management, from the University of Delaware. Dawn also holds certifications from ACSM, ACE and TRX specializing in Sports Specific Training (running and swimming along with triathlons), Functional Strength & Conditioning, Pre & Post Natal Exercise and Post-Injury Exercise Training (knees, backs and shoulders). Dawn is also a meditation instructor and Certified Lifestyle Coach from LPI.
Dawn believes that when you train for and accomplish a big goal such as running a 5k, 10k, ½ marathon or marathon, swimming in Masters races, running/swimming in an aquathlon or participating in a charity walk then you will not only achieve your other health and wellness intentions but more importantly, you will be empowered in life!
Dawn resides in New Jersey with her awesome husband. They have three cute fur-kids named Casper, Snowball and Willow. When Dawn isn’t working or training, she loves spending time with her friends and family (and animals), enjoys cooking and baking, meditating and giving back to her community.
