My name is Chris Evers and I am a sales manager with AT&T. I have been with AT&T for 6 1/2 years in various roles including sales rep, area sales manager, and most recently Internet sales manager for our Southwest division.
I have hold an M.S. in Human Relations & Business. I enjoy learning about and applying the various principles of leadership and motivation in the workplace and am always looking for new ways to improve myself and those around me.
I believe that the employee comes first and everything else follows. If you treat your employees right then they will in turn treat your customers the way they should be treated. As leaders in today's globally competitive marketplace, it is our repsonsibility to make the lives of those whom we influence better each time we have the chance to interact with them. Learning how to communicate effectively is the first step to motivating others and realizing our full leadership potential.
I believe self growth requires an individual to become a perpetual student. The day that we stop developing and growing in mind, body, and spirit is the day that we die.
