The Children's Link Society offers resources and support links to parents and families.  We assist parent to advocate on behalf of and in partnership with their disabled children(birth to 24 years), we facilitate parent to parent contact and support, and we share a comprehensive listing of resources and service agencies children with special needs and complex medical issues.   The Children's Link Society is staffed by parents and family members who have a child with a disability therefore have personal and hands on experience with systems and support needs.  We promote unbiased information to encourage parents to make their own unique choices for support needs for their family.  We offer support to multicultural families who are navigating systems and experiencing complications due to limited understanding of English. Our transition service assists older children who are in the process of shifting from children's services to adult services.
