We start with a FEAST life assessment, Health Risk Assessment and In-person physical assessments that lead to an initial 90 day wellness challenge- working on one or more of the above areas. Each person plays their challenge with coaching - that is designed to meet your specific needs - in person at our wellness center or in corporate Wellness, over the phone, or via the internet.
90 day challenges can be entered into as often as you like and can be shared with other strYve members for additional support at your request.
Playing with others is lots of fun and can be done with friends, coworkers, children, etc.
We believe in the research on America's wellness needs and wants - to learn and grow in groups and through trusting relationships.
All of these proprietary tools are available in our Wellness Centers, in our Corporate Wellness Programs and in a life coaching format.
