Since 1999 Andrew has owned flats and apartments and been professionally involved in leasehold enfranchisement. He is a property investor with a portfolio including self-converted blocks, head leases, leasehold flats and a freeholder.
Andrew is part of the management team since 2007 of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP - www.alep.org.uk). He is an expert on a number of property-related online bulleting boards, speaks regularly at ALEP conferences and looks after the promotions and member services of the organisation.
