I provide clients with a variety of specific programs and assessments designed to enhance their business and personal lives:
~ Coaching – Professionally delivered coaching is a proven system for guided change for you, as leader or for a designated employee or group - perhaps for leader development, enhanced or corrected behavior or management style. Learn how coaching can make an important, positive contribution to your bottom line.
~ The Law of Attraction – The increasingly popular theory (via the Secret video and book) is real yet is often simplified with ‘think positive thoughts’. Learn how to make it an effective tool with 28 clear, real-world principles of behavioral and attitudinal change.
~The Holy Grail of Marketing – Referrals! Nothing’s more powerful as a marketing tool than raving customers who refer business to you. Learn why people make referrals, how to ask and how to make sure others know who to refer to you.
~ DISC/PIAV Assessments – these tools provide insight into the ‘what’ and ‘how’ of our actions: revealing core beliefs that guide our thinking, define our priorities, and predict how we’re likely to behave in our working environment. A great tool when considering a job change, with employees whose production is lacking, applicants for a job or development of an effective team.
~ Marketing Maven – Many people are intimidated by their misunderstanding of what effective marketing is all about. Yet, if they resist this critical business function, they may lose their business and end up with a hobby. Learn how to be ‘in your bones’ comfortable with the concepts and tools of marketing that are right for you, the service you offer and the audience you serve.
~ Need a speaker who listens before she opens her mouth? Understanding your goals is key to creating an effective program for your members, employees or other audiences. I have 2 dozen prepared topics I’m happy to adapt to your needs – leadership, time management, goal achievement, stress management, marketing, work/life balance are among the subjects that may be valuable for your constituents.
~ Company Retreats: One of the most powerful forms of implementing a shift in thinking, team development, loyalty and skill enhancement is an off-site, well designed and executed employee retreat; a completely customized event to fit your budget, resources and desired outcome. Events ranging from a local half-day to extended weekend can be planned.

So often we're overwhelmed by the bombardment of information we get daily that it's hard to sift through and prioritize: 'what would truly add to the quality of MY life?'
Clearly, there are providers of many fine goods and services who believe they can help however, ultimately, they can see only from their own perspective or the perspective of the group with whom they've done some research. Do they know you? Can they truly say their product/service will add to the richness of your life? Certainly they can make some educated assumptions yet there's only one expert on that subject: you. Only you can know, with clarity, that you'll benefit from making this or that commitment.
Want to improve the odds of being right? Step 1: Take more time to understand your gifts, strengths, values and priorities. Step 2: Honor them by crafting a life, a business, relationships and decisions that are consistent with your personal sense of mission.
Working with a coach can help; I'm a professionally trained coach. What does that mean? I learned from the acknowledged founder of this field, Thomas Leonard. I'm not a trainer or consultant who's added 'coach' to my credentials because it's the current fad. I'm a full-time, credentialed coach - 8 years, now - generally working with small business owners who want a good life as well as a better running business.
If you'd like to learn more about me - check out my website, listed here on my profile. Want to learn how to make an informed decision about engaging the right coach for you or want to take a no obligation test drive with me? Just get in touch and I'll devote 1/2 hour of time to helping you clarify, articulate and commit to what's most important.
And, whether you engage my services or not, believe me: it takes a wise, strong person to reach out for all the resources available to know and celebrate who you are.
