I focus on people's thoughts and feelings in order to bring about change in behavior and life. I use a lot of goal setting that is very measurable and I do it in a very humorous ways. I also solve problems in a very natural and spiritual way. I believe in helping people reach their full potential and am very influence by the transformational psychology movement, and helping people change in a 16 to 20 session time frame. As a life coach I balance people in eight areas of life : Health, Career , Finances, Family , Religion / Spirituality , Social Fun , Physical Environment and Community.
