This is one of my favorite quotes, as I personally feel responsible for my own destiny in consciously creating my reality in each and every moment. Our beliefs, words and actions are constantly shaping our perceptions and also how we are perceived by others. It is important to 'walk your talk' and be a good example, rather than just preach to others how to live their lives.
Even in the area of our sexuality, which is the most innate natural form of human expression, we are always interacting with others on an intimate level with every hand-shake, smile and eye contact. Many disregard these gestures as a mere formality, however we can utilize every opportunity to genuinely connect and share our compassion and unconditional love with others - even for a brief moment.
