• Launched second every online ad management software in 1996 that secured 31% market penetration within 6 months using natural search, email and affiliate marketing sales techniques exclusively. 
• Grew publisher network from 1,300 to over 20,000 while increasing representation of top 500 most visited sites from 11 to 89. 
• Launched MediaBlox.com in 2000, a company that created simple user managed technology to create and manage various social media applications - was later acquired in 2002. 
• Delivered "Social Media for Non-Profits" educational campaign for Cox Communications in 2006 that exceeded projected attendance by 21% and achieved 93% satisfaction rating. 
• Produced one of the first 5000 podcasts to ever be broadcast online in late 2004.
