Silent Meditation Retreat in Assisi, Italy

Silent Retreat Center offers during summer different one-week silent retreats.

During the Silent Retreats we enjoy the Simplicity of Being, connect to the nature and visit the sacred places around Assisi.
It is also possible to come for an Individual Retreat.

A Silent Retreat includes:
• 7 overnight stays
• Individual Guidance & Feedback
• Morning Sitting/Walking Meditation
• 4 afternoon guided visits to Assisi´s Sacred Sites
• Two “Camino-Walks” (90 minutes)
• One free afternoon with possibility to visit Assisi on your own
• Meditation Concert
• One of the retreat leaders is always present during all sessions
• Maximum 5 participants
• Each Retreat happens, regardless amount of participants
