The Saints often tells the joy of life as the anti aging measures. Although I am not wise enough to guess his mind, the joy of life should be the nature of human beings. And it makes you look younger. Once you lose interest, you won' t look younger anymore. We, human beings, cannot go against the nature by giving up the joy of life.
We should not lose the joy of own life while taking the path through caring oneself with controlling one's desire.
The very foundation of taking care of oneself is not to lose the interest with the life itself.

The joy of life makes you look younger. The more you feel interested in something, your eyes look brighter and makes you look younger. Is it not the best way for the anti aging? I have found interesting reading here, written by a person over 70 years young. He seems to have realized this thought with his own way. Yes, you should note that he did it "his own way". It worth learning from his anti aging method.
I like what he has done. Your eyes would darken if you lose interest in living. I have seen quite a number of people in that status while giving the elders the therapy. But if you have eyes enlightened with interest, nobody sees elder in you. You look younger. So my thought for the best anti aging tip is that you keep your eyes bright. Do you think of any better media to show your youth?
It has been a bit difficult to interpret. Yes, you guessed right. Who the Saint would be? I am quoting from a book written in year of 1712, where the feudalism was flourishing and right at the peak of the Shogunate. Who the heck was the Saint at that time? The Shogunate had banned Christianity for sure.
There were a philosophy that back up the Shogunate era. It is called Confucianism. It was originated by Confucius(BC551‐BC479) in China. I won't explain it here. You can refer to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Confucius.
So, the Saints were the people who belonged to this religious group. It had been so long since the start so that there were enough leading figures.
I think it would be better to tell this. There is an opinion that Confucianism is not the religion but the thought. Whichever it is, it had supported Shogunate era ideologically.
Mr. Yinoway was born in Yokohama, Japan and had spent 5 years in New York City before he inherited the public corporation from his father. That was his best age in his 67 life time span, so far.
But he has lost this wealth during 90es, that was the era of bubble, but still active trying to enjoy life and pursuing the wealth.
The first part of the article is the translation of a book published early 19th century in Japan. The Yojokun, hoe to live the holistic life, is the title of the book.
