You ever get disappointed or frustrated with what life seems to throw at you sometimes? Well you're not alone... But here is the insult to injury - there's no one to blame but yourself! That's right ladies and gentlemen if you don't like what life is presenting you then you must look in the mirror and begin to change.

Let me elaborate. Our lives are a reflection of who we are. Every perception... Every thought... Every word... Every action we take is creative and emits energy that unfailingly returns to us in like-kind. Scripture tells us that God is the Alpha & Omega meaning He is the first and the last. Everything begins and ends in Him. Scripture also tells us that we are made in His image. Likewise, we have the power to create on a smaller scale and everything we create begins and will equally end with us.

So if you don't like what you've been experiencing then it's time you change what you are creating. The dynamics of what we create is essentially two-fold. Everything we do whether consciously or subconsciously creates our experience to greater or lesser degree. First, we have to accept responsibility for our experiences by not judging them and this will empower us to be able to change them if we don't like what we experience. Secondly, every experience has an opportunity for us to learn from it. So even if you think you didn't "deserve" something that happens to you, you must be able to accept it and the lesson learned.

This concept is known in the metaphysical world as "karma" but it is also stated as "you reap what you sow," "cause and effect" and "what goes around comes around." Even in the world of science and physics there is an equivalent law known as Newton's Third Law of Motion which states "for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction." So what are we to do if we can't escape it? We must learn to utilize it to our advantage.

This is in scripture as well... "Do unto others as you would them do unto you!" It's the simple golden rule. It is what would make the world a much better, loving, prosperous and peaceful place! So if you choose to experience better health in body, mind & spirit then you must put out this sort of energy. This will take time and practice but you must learn to monitor your thoughts, words and actions. In due time, from analyzing your thoughts you'll begin to question your ideas and you can even modify your perceptions. All of our perceptions are merely judgments from a limited understanding of our egos. When you are able to broaden your perspective you'll see the world in a new light.

The greatest truth for you then becomes how can I serve others. Through serving others you will find your greatest fulfillment and joy! You also cannot escape that life, people and the "universe" will seek to serve you exponentially! This is the way to prosperity! As you do for others, you are blessed tenfold with more than you can handle and your "cup runneth over!"
