One of the biggest concerns I have heard from my women fitness clients including my wife, is the excessive hair loss when they shampoo. So much hair would remain in the shower that the water would not drain properly. Of course their concern was not the drain but actual hair loss. It is normal to lose hair but when you start to notice bare spots on your scalp that is when a person becomes concerned. Since I believe that solid nutrition is the best advice regarding every health issue, it stands to reason an improved diet would also help with hair loss. I have seen lifeless, limp, dull, dry hair turn into beautiful flowing hair simply by putting my clients on a diet that favors fresh fruits and vegetables and adding a few supplements that assure the body is receiving all the nutrients it needs. One of the major causes of aging and illness is OXIDATIVE STRESS and hair loss can be affected by this also. Fresh foods and supplements offer superior anti aging because of their antioxidant enzymes. Processed foods with several sugars, dyes, various chemicals and preservatives do nothing to build your immune system and or provide your body with antioxidant enzymes. Clinical studies have shown that Glutathione and vitamin C are key antioxidants and anti-aging compounds. These supplements are readily available thru most grocery stores, health food stores and online. Your diet is reflected in your hairs health. Within a few weeks of making changes to your diet you should start to notice less gray hair, faster growth, softer and easier to manage hair and yes, Less hair loss. I could mention a specific name brand supplment that I refer to my clients and they swear by it, but I will reserve making comment on that and just say I would take into consideration making significant changes to your diet as the number one step to help reduce or totally eliminate excessive hair loss.
