Of all the systems in your body, your digestive system is the most important. Why? Because your digestive system helps pass nutrients and the energy that you get from food into your body. If your digestive system doesn’t function properly, you do not get the nutrients you need to survive and function in every day life.
In many cases people do not realize that they may have problems with their digestion, and they are missing out on living life to their fullest potential. Most people see persistent heartburn, diarrhea, and constipation as just the consequences of living a fast life or the downside of getting older. For many men, especially when their cast-iron stomachs seem to turn into tin, they just ignore it thinking that it’s just how life goes as they age.
Your digestion actually starts inside your mouth as you chew your food. When your food travels down your throat and enters your stomach, the acid in your stomach immediately begins to break down the food into the amino acids and nutrients you need. This is where the problems can begin. If you eat too many processed foods your body may develop a low amount of stomach acid. This will make it harder to receive nutrients from the food you eat.
Digestive System and Your Love Life
Having problems with your digestive system can also affect your love life. Many men with digestive system problems also have problems achieving and/or maintaining an erection. The reason problems with your digestion can cause you to have erectile dysfunction because of the fact that when your body lacks nutrients, it withholds nutrients from other body systems that are not necessary to survival. So your reproductive system is the fist to suffer from lack of nutrition.
There are many other reasons why a person may have problems with their digestive system. Maladies like Cohen’s disease can wreak havoc on a person’s body. Diseases such as these are said to be incurable, but there is a way to live with them and still restore your digestion.
Watching what you eat and how much you eat is one of the first ways to help restore your body’s natural functions. The first thing you need to stop eating is a lot of processed food. Bologna, fast food, and a lot of sugary sweets are all processed food and they can cause a lot of problems for your digestive system. The reasons why these foods cause so many problems are because of the chemicals used in the processing which makes these foods hard to digest. They literally stay in the body, slowly poisoning you.
Switch to much more natural foods. Start eating more fruits and vegetables, and stay away from foods cooked in a lot of grease. I know it seems hard but it’s the best thing to do. Eating healthily will allow your body to flush out all those toxins and begin to rebuild and restore your digestive system. Once these toxins are gone you’ll have more energy and you’ll feel better.
Most of all, eating right can help get rid of erectile problems caused by poor digestion. Remember the body will deprive other systems of nutrients if they are considered unimportant to the body’s survival, so changing your eating habits is key to solving this problem. Once your body’s natural equilibrium has been restored, your body will begin to restore nutrients to all parts and systems of the body. This will of course restore erectile function to its previous state.
It is vital that we take care of our health. Not just for our sake, but for the sake of those we love. Think of the couples who have problems with intimacy right now. All of it could be solved with just a change in diet. Restore your health, restore your love life. All you have to do is restore your digestive system.
