Why not be your own coach?

You and you alone are with you 24/7/365.

You and you alone are aware of your innermost feelings, desires, fantasies and fears.

You and you alone are responsible for where and what you are right now.

No one else in the world is as concerned as you are with your future.

So come on take personal responsibility for yourself and become your own coach 24/7.365.

Think you’re not up to the task?

Rubbish of course you are.

How many times have you seen other very successful folks claim that they are willing to give away their greatest secrets?

How many times have you taken advantage of such offers?

Probably at least twice!

Why do you think that the genuine ones (and there are some), are so free with their secrets.

Maybe it is because they know that 99% of the people who download their ideas or attend their seminars will not actually do anything about it.

Think back to the last such event you attended……….What changed?

Sure you were highly impressed with the ideas and concepts put forward and maybe you felt sure that this time you would 'do the do' and be successful.

Why is it then that 3 months down the road you found yourself drifting back into the old familiar routines you felt comfortable with? Why did you just not just follow the steps outlined and enjoy the rewards?

Why do you try to find a harder way?

Why do you within a few days or weeks slip back into your old ways and mediocrity?

The answer could be one of many and psychologists could debate the reasons for ever more.

If you are an employee, maybe even a sales person whose results are not quite what you feel they should be then be sure to ignore comments which your line manager makes such as ‘Why can’t you more like Jean or John’. There is no way you can be just like someone else and why should you?

Maybe if you focused on becoming the best you that you are capable of becoming you would achieve far more than you do by trying to copy what others have done to become successful.

List the areas of personal improvement you know would help you and then go out and demand that support and help from those who are accountable for creating and perpetuating the right commercial environment in which you may flourish and reach your full potential.

Remember that you are totally responsible and accountable for yourself and for your station in life, so if you do not like where you are right now, take personal charge of your future NOW!!
