What does Doing Whatever It Takes Mean to You?

"It doesn't interest me
to know where you live or how much money you have.
I want to know if you can get up
after the night of grief and despair
weary and bruised to the bone
and do what needs to be done
to feed the children."
~Excerpt from "The Invitation" by Oriah Mountain Dreamer

How much is enough? How much is 'everything'?

The most powerful lesson I've taken away from every experience where I was pushed beyond what I believed I was capable of, is that I am capable of more than I ever dreamed.

Hold nothing back. To often we hold ourselves back for fear of standing 'out there' in the world naked, with all of our flaws on display for the world to see. Guess what - most of the rest of the world is holding back too! When you take that step forward without fear of judgment and own the power of who you are, you become something else. You become a beacon of light and hope for others who are wanting to do the exact same thing.

Leave yourself no back doors, for that is the only way you will know the essence of who you really are. As long as you have a Plan B, an excuse, a reason, or even someone in your life for whom you will give up being everything you were meant to be, you have a back door. Allow NO BACK DOORS - step fully into the power of who you were meant to be!
