Have you ever wondered?

  • What energy created and maintains our physical body?
  • What intelligence instructs the cells to grow specific tissue at specific times in the womb?
  • What heals a cut on a child’s knee?
  • How you hands or feet know when to stop growing?
  • Why your hair and nails continue to grow?

Many will say that it is all in the DNA. Yet if that is the case then what leaves the body at death? The DNA structures are still present, the body weighs exactly the same. So what is that essence, that energy that animates life and is so frightfully absent at death?

Acknowledging that there is something magical inside of us, a force we do not yet completely understand but see in action, all around us, every minute of the day can be profoundly empowering. It hands us the reigns to engage with that energy in a healthy and supportive way.

If this energy is perfect at all times and in all ways then our only job is to remove any interference to the expression of this energy. Interference can come from:

  • Physical blockage of our nervous system,
  • Negative emotional thought patterns and relationships
  • Poor food choices
  • Inadequate hygiene
  • Inadequate hydration

Just as you would feed a rose and protect it’s delicate petals from pests, we need to do the same for our body.

If we desire a healthy life then we must provide healthy nutrients to support the cell’s reproductive process at all ages.
Environmental toxins can also interfere with this cellular replacement system so we must manage these ‘pests’ with high quality targeted anti-oxidants.

Thoughts are powerful and have been proven to change the actual shape of water molecules. This is vital as over 70% of our body is made of water.

Our nervous and meridian systems are responsible for vital information that must be sent and received by every cell, tissue and organ of the body so we cannot allow for interference to these communication pathways.

When the interference within the body has not been addressed and there is disease and dysfunction then you may require modern medicine to diagnose and treat that disease. Prior to that and often during that treatment natural integrated approaches can restore balance to the systems of the body simply by removing the interference to that vital force that gives and heals life.
