This discourages the Y or boy sperm. The types of foods or snacks that are acidic are things like meat, dairy, and grains. (Although there are some fruits and vegetables that are acidic, most are not.) In terms of beverages, coffee and cola are acidifying. A good place to start would be to take your PH and see if you are already acidic. If you are, you will typically need less time to reach your goal. If you are not, you can try to combine douching with diet to get quicker results.
