Walking the path designed for you is not an easy thing to do. Many of you have family obligations and you may have sacrificed your life to help your parents or other family members. You may still belong to the religion of your childhood, working in a job that you grew up seeing others working in and you may feel trapped. You can still be there for your family while walking the path designed for you. All of you including your family each have a path of life that is uniquely yours. And if you are not walking that path you will feel trapped, miserable and unhappy. Living a passionate life means living and walking the path designed for you. So how do you begin walking the path designed for you?

To begin walking your path is like taking a Journey. However, this Journey is not an external journey. This is an inward spiritual journey to the core of who you are. You have several levels all which need to be cleared in order to get to operate at the highest level of who you are. In order to get to the core of who you are and begin walking your path, you need to be committed to working, growing and evolving. The essence of who you are or your Authentic Self is buried under years of gender programming, social, cultural and religious conditioning and it can make deciding to walk your individual path a difficult thing to do.

Imagine yourself quitting your job - pack up your bags, your shoes and your plant and just walk out of the building. How would you feel, what would you do, where would you go? Is there something that you have always wanted to do, but you were either told that you should do something else or you were convinced by others that you won't be successful? Create an environment that fosters your growth in all areas: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Remember, your individual path will be different from another's path. So if the attitude, behaviour and mannerisms of another person is frustrating you or making you prone to anger, relax and breathe. Forcing someone to be who you think they should be even when there are signs that are telling you that that individual is not at that level as yet is both unloving to you and to that individual. We all have our individual paths to travel and no two people are ever traveling that path side by side. Someone is ALWAYS in front and someone is ALWAYS behind. Lovingly respect where you are and where they are in the Growth process.

You can only be yourself. If you are feeling miserable and downright unhappy in your life, chances are you are trying to live someone else's projection of their life unto you. There is a saying that goes, "Be careful when climbing the ladder of success. It maybe leaning against someone else's wall." Now if we are to understand that many people are not living their true life then the ladder is really leaning on the borrowed wall of another person and so on and so on.

How can you know where you are in your Growth process? Well, when are you at your most happiest? What are you doing during those times? If you could create the perfect life for you right now, how would it look? How would it feel? To get you on that life path you need to hold the image of what and where you would like to see your life going. Focus on that vision until it begins to feel real. Life will always throw curve-balls, but it is how you handle those curve balls emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. Isn't it time you begin walking the path designed for you and begin living and creating a passionate life? To create your essential life you need to start by listening to the messages of your internal compass. Therefore, the goal of walking the path designed for you is to create a life that you are happy to be in and continue creating that life regardless of who is around you. It is to create a life in which you feel authentic and whole.
