Veggie Madness on the Grill.............
First I was not sure if I would really like it well enough to share it. But it tuned out to be quite delicious.
Not to mention wonderful healthy.

Before I started, I picked eight Spring color Vegetables which I like and pictured those on my plate.
Sweet Potato, finely cut Celery, Button Mushrooms, Carrots, Sweet Onions, Summer Squash, Cauliflower and Aubergine Eggplant.
Than I added some good fat burning spices, such as: Cayenne, fresh Garlic, fresh Ginger, Rosemary & Curry Powder, sprinkled very lightly some Olive Oil.

I did not wanted to cook the vegetables in water and destroy the vitamins. Therefore I decided to steam them on the Grill, while enjoying a glass of wine and a sparkle of FL -sunshine.
The dish turned out so surprisingly delicious, that I made a similar one the following day and called it Veggie Madness.

This time I added Green Beans, Sweet Potatoes, Cauliflower, fine chopped Celery, Carrots, Vidalia Onions and some whole Button Mushrooms. Again, I used fat-burning spices: fresh Garlic, fresh Ginger, Curcumin, a tablespoon of Vegeta, some Hungarian Paprika and a touch of Saffron. It tasted as brilliant as the color.

NOTE: it is unnecessary to add water. Let it steam in their own juice, cover for 10 to 15 minutes, than finish it uncovered for approx 5 more minutes. Be creative, use your favorite Vegetables and play with the spices. Enjoy your healthy, fat-burning Veggie Madness.
PS: the pictures of that dish are on my HealthyChoiceGuide Blog.
