Think of how much you could get done if you were able to triple your productivity. It’s very simple to triple how much you do but you do have to make sure you plan ahead in case you have work, children and other distractions.
Sleep, Exercise and Eat Well

The very first step would be to make sure you get enough sleep, exercise and eat healthy. You can’t function at your best if you don’t take care of yourself. This means getting 7-8 hours of sleep, taking your vitamin, doing some form of exercise and eating well.
Clear Your Mind

Your mind can’t be creative or be at its best if it is constantly trying to remember everything you have to do, all your appointments and projects. Get all the ideas, schedules, tasks and projects out of your head and into a system or paper. You will be able to get more done and be able to focus better without the constant weight on your shoulders with everything else you have to do or remember.
Work in time blocks

The best advice to triple your productivity would be to focus on only one thing at a time and work in a time block. This means let your husband watch the kids, turn off the tv and any social media alerts. Set a timer for 15 min – 1.5 hours based on how long the task will take and just do one task until you are done or the timer goes off.
